Background information
"其安易持" is from Laozi’s (老子) Tao Te Ching (《道德經》):
第六十四章其安易持, 其未兆易謀。Chapter 64When an issue is still calm and tranquil (安), it is easy to grasp (持) it. When an issue has not risen (兆), it is easy to take measures (謀) against it. (1)
In tackling any issue, being proactive is always better than being reactive. Yet, it is even better not to cause any issue in the first place: it is best to be peacefully at rest and tranquil from the very beginning.
