English Translation
終日尋春不見春，
All day, I journeyed to appreciate the colours of spring (尋春)(1), yet I see no such thing;
芒鞋踏破嶺頭雲；
My straw shoes were tattered from my steps on the peaks, with clouds as a surrounding.
歸來偶把梅花嗅，
Upon return, I nonchalantly took a plum blossom and caught a whiff;
春在枝頭已十分。
The full colours of spring were already on its very tip.
