Interpretation and personal comments
"心靜" means "a tranquil mind", while "神怡" means "a spirit that is uplifted with joy".
A clouded mind often adversely affects one's mood, which negatively impacts one's judgment in decision making. Ultimately, this pushes one towards reacting with emotions rather than responding with reason. Clearing one's mind thus helps one to focus on what is needed rather than what is wanted. Once unnecessary desires are eliminated, clarity will empower one to move forward with peace, making one feel refreshed and uplifted with joy.
